-JdK- An email from Tony; the Norton is a mid-'20s Model 16H: "Sorting through some old family photos, I came across this picture of my late mother as a young girl sitting astride a Norton (from pictures on your website it looks like a 16H). The date would have been around 1928 and the photo was taken at my grandparents’ cottage in Portmore near Lymington. I believe the bike belonged to Mum’s older brother Bill (William Murray 1905-1973)."
