-JdK- Martin sent this photo of a chap on a 1931 Model CS1 Norton. The license plate indicates that it was registered in Brandenburg in Germany. Note that it has Norton forks but also still the three-stay frame. A Bosch Magdyno is fitted, not uncommon to Nortons shipped to Germany.
